Kim Porta knows the value of creating a home and building a strong community.

As a lover of all things northern Michigan, she along with her family, call the Harbor Springs area home and have created a life filled with outdoor activities and community.

Kim was born in south Texas, and moved to northern Michigan at a young age. Aside from a year in Kauai, and another year in Montana, Kim has lived in northern Michigan the majority of her life and knows how truly special this place is. She enjoys grabbing a coffee in downtown Petoskey and chasing a sunset on the beach with her daughters, Evyn and Ollie. Her husband Zach serves at a local church, and when they're not watching the girl's softball games or watching them ski down the hill at Nubs Nob, they’re either exploring Sturgeon Bay or enjoying a date night at The Back Lot.

Kim understands that navigating this market can be intimidating, whether you're a first-time home buyer or looking for your second home. She brings joy and offers a sense of peace to what can feel like a chaotic process.
